The SECO 5200-072 Claw Cradle provides a secure pole-mounting solution for compatible Mesa and Tesla field controllers. Designed as part of SECO’s modular Claw mounting system, the cradle connects directly to a compatible Quick-Release Pole Clamp for convenient attachment and removal in the field.
Its durable anodized aluminum construction is built for regular surveying, construction layout, GIS, and data-collection work. The controller-specific design keeps the Mesa or Tesla securely positioned while leaving it accessible for viewing measurements, maps, plans, and other field information.

SECO Claw Mounting System
The cradle is part of SECO’s Claw controller-mounting system.
The complete Claw system is designed to keep valuable data-collection hardware securely positioned on the survey pole while helping prevent excessive clamping pressure from crushing or damaging the pole.
The 5200-072 is the controller cradle component and must be paired with a compatible SECO Quick-Release Pole Clamp to create a complete pole-mounting assembly.
Quick-Release Connection
The cradle plugs directly into compatible SECO Quick-Release Pole Clamps.
This connection allows the controller and cradle to be removed without taking the pole clamp off the survey pole. The Quick-Release design makes it easier to move the controller between:

- Transportation
- Charging
- Secure storage
- Different compatible mounting setups
The pole clamp should be securely locked before the controller is released.
Anodized Aluminum Construction
