The Spectra Precision HL450 is a high-accuracy digital readout laser receiver designed for both exterior and interior construction applications. It features a 102mm (4-inch) reception height and a numeric LCD readout on both the front and back displays, showing exactly how far you are from on-grade. This reduces errors and speeds up grading tasks by allowing users to see precise elevation differences without constant reference to the laser.

The HL450 includes fine (±1.0 mm) and medium (±5.0 mm) accuracy settings and detects laser signals over a working range up to 400 meters (1300 feet). With a rugged IP67-rated design, it is fully waterproof and dustproof, and it can withstand harsh field conditions, including drops up to 1.5 meters (5 feet) onto concrete. The receiver runs for 70+ hours on two AA batteries and includes automatic shutoff after 30 minutes of inactivity. A built-in bubble vial and anti-strobe sensor enhance leveling precision and reduce false readings.
