The Spectra Precision HL450 is a high-accuracy digital readout laser receiver designed for both exterior and interior construction applications. It features a 102mm (4-inch) reception height and a numeric LCD readout on both the front and back displays, showing exactly how far you are from on-grade. This reduces errors and speeds up grading tasks by allowing users to see precise elevation differences without constant reference to the laser.

The HL450 includes fine (1.0 mm) and medium (5.0 mm) accuracy settings and detects laser signals over a working range up to 400 meters (1300 feet). With a rugged IP67-rated design, it is fully waterproof and dustproof, and it can withstand harsh field conditions, including drops up to 1.5 meters (5 feet) onto concrete. The receiver runs for 70+ hours on two AA batteries and includes automatic shutoff after 30 minutes of inactivity. A built-in bubble vial and anti-strobe sensor enhance leveling precision and reduce false readings.
