- Construction – Creates 3D models, calculates cut/fill, and produces machine control files. Ideal for site prep, roads, and grading.
- CADnet – Converts paper plans, PDFs, and image files into usable CAD linework. Great for bringing non-digital plans into your workflow.
- GeoTech – Imports and models soil data from borings or lab tests. Displays layers, elevations, and materials for more accurate subgrade quantities.
- Trench – Estimates trench and pipe quantities, including bedding and backfill. Perfect for utilities and drainage projects.

- Takeoff Suite (Full) – Includes all four modules: Construction, CADnet, GeoTech, and Trench.
- Crossgrade from Takeoff R13 / R12 / Pre-R12 – For existing Carlson Takeoff users upgrading from an older version.
- Crossgrade from Construction 2025 / Pre-2025 – For Carlson Construction users upgrading to the full Takeoff Suite.
- Local License to Network License – Converts a single-user license into a shared network license for multi-user access.
- Individual Modules (Construction, GeoTech, Trench, CADnet) – Sold separately if you only need one specific function, each available as Local or Network License.

Takeoff Suite lets you estimate directly from paper plans, PDFs, or CAD files. You can calculate dirt and rock quantities, topsoil removal, trench and pipe volumes, and roadway cross-sections, all in one program. It also builds 3D models ready for machine control systems like Trimble, Topcon, and Leica.
This software helps you see exactly how much material is needed and where it goes. You can create reports for cut/fill volumes, site plans, and cross-sections, and export directly to PDF. It also includes drawing cleanup tools that fix common CAD issues and convert 2D linework into accurate 3D surfaces.
