- Items must be in new, unused condition and include all original packaging, manuals, and accessories.
- Custom, special-order, or clearance items are non-returnable unless defective.
Non-Returnable Items
- Personalized, customized, or special-order items.
- Products marked as "final sale."
- Used, damaged, or altered items.
Return Process
- Contact our customer service team at info@aaisurvey.com or (800) 821-9656 to request a Return Authorization (RA) number.
- Include the RA number on the outside of the package to ensure timely processing.
- Ship the item(s) back to us via a traceable shipping method. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to our error.
Exchanges
- Exchanges can be made for a different size, color, or a similar item. Please contact our customer service team to start the process.
- The item being exchanged must meet the return eligibility criteria outlined above.
Refunds
- Refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 7-10 business days after we receive and inspect the returned item(s).
- Shipping and handling fees are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.
Damaged or Defective Items
- If you receive a damaged or defective product, contact us immediately at info@aaisurvey.com or (800) 821-9656. We will arrange for a replacement or refund, including return shipping costs.
