SECO 5200-074 Claw Cradle for Allegro 2, 3 and Surveyor 2

Overview

The SECO 5200-074 Claw Cradle is a durable Quick-Release controller cradle designed for the Allegro 2, Allegro 3, and Surveyor 2 data collectors.

Manufactured from anodized aluminum, the cradle securely supports compatible data-collection hardware during surveying, construction layout, and other field operations. Its Quick-Release interface plugs directly into compatible SECO Quick-Release Pole Clamps, allowing the controller to be attached or removed without taking the entire mounting system off the pole.

When paired with a compatible SECO Claw Pole Clamp, the complete mounting system holds the controller securely while helping prevent excessive clamp pressure from crushing or cracking the survey pole.

Quick-Release Mounting

SECO Claw Mounting System

The pole clamp’s Claw technology limits tightening to help prevent the operator from crushing, cracking, or deforming the pole. This protective clamping feature is part of the compatible pole clamp, which is sold separately.

Optional Adapter for 1-Inch Poles

Compatible SECO Claw Pole Clamps are typically designed for poles with a 1.25-inch outside diameter.

For compatible setups using a 1-inch pole, the optional SECO D11145 Delrin Adapter can increase the effective pole diameter from 1 inch to 1.25 inches.

The adapter is installed at the pole clamp and does not attach directly to the controller cradle.
