Built around SECO’s original Open Clamp Pole Bracket and Cradle system, the bracket provides a fast and efficient way to mount field controllers while keeping them positioned for comfortable viewing and operation.

The quick-release mechanism allows the attached SECO Claw Quick-Release Cradle or standard cradle to rotate without removing the bracket from the pole. Its black anodized aluminum construction provides a lightweight, durable, and corrosion-resistant mounting solution for everyday field use.

Quick-Release Cradle Adjustment

The SECO 5198-152 features a quick-release button that allows the attached cradle to rotate into a more comfortable operating position.

Pressing the release button lets the operator adjust the viewing angle of the data collector or controller without removing the entire bracket from the pole. This makes it easier to reposition the screen when transitioning between walking, measuring, staking, and entering field data.

Open Clamp Pole Mounting

The aluminum open clamp attaches directly to compatible 1.5-inch outside-diameter poles and rods. Unlike closed-ring brackets that must slide over the end of a pole, the open clamp can be installed directly from the side.

A stainless-steel clamp screw tightens the bracket securely against the pole while still allowing it to be removed or repositioned when necessary.
