Overview

The SECO 6600-10 Pin Pole with 25 mm Mini Prism System is a compact, adjustable surveying system designed for stakeout, layout, control-point measurements, and other applications where a lightweight prism pole is preferred.

The system includes a 25 mm silver-coated prism with a 0 mm offset mounted in an adjustable holder that slides along the pin pole. Locking knobs secure the prism’s height and tilt while also serving as vertical-angle targets.

The 12.2 mm-diameter pin pole includes three 60 cm sections that combine to provide a maximum height of 1.8 m, or 5.91 ft. Alternating red and white 10 cm sections provide a clear visual reference along the pole.

25 mm Silver-Coated Mini Prism

The SECO 6600-10 includes a 25 mm silver-coated mini prism designed for precise total station measurements.

Its compact size makes the prism well suited for close-range stakeout, construction layout, monitoring, and measurements in confined locations where a full-size prism assembly may be unnecessarily large.

0 mm Prism Offset

The included mini prism has a specified prism offset of:

The corresponding prism constant should be entered correctly in the total station or field software before measuring. Instrument manufacturers may use different prism-constant conventions, so the equipment settings should always be verified before beginning precision work.

Sliding Prism Holder

The prism holder slides up and down the pin pole, allowing the prism height to be adjusted for the measurement setup.

Locking knobs secure both the height and tilt of the prism. These knobs also serve as vertical-angle targets, helping the operator aim accurately during field measurements.

Adjustable 40-Minute Circular Vial

An adjustable 40-minute circular vial is built directly into the prism holder.
