The Leica Rugby 50 and Rod Eye Classic kit offers a straightforward, reliable solution for horizontal leveling and basic construction layout. Designed for durability and ease of use, this kit is ideal for contractors, builders, and concrete crews looking for dependable grade control without unnecessary complexity.
The Rugby 50 is a fully automatic self-leveling laser designed to handle horizontal applications with just one button. It delivers consistent performance with ±1.5mm accuracy at 30m (±1/16” at 100ft) and up to 1,640ft (500m) working range when paired with the Leica Rod Eye Classic Receiver.
The Rod Eye Classic provides visual and audible feedback with dual LCD displays and 5 sensitivity levels, allowing for accurate beam detection even in challenging lighting conditions. It securely mounts to leveling rods using the included heavy-duty clamp, making it ideal for foundation leveling, concrete pours, and flatwork prep.
