The Stonex R20 Total Station is a professional-grade surveying instrument designed for high-precision measurements in construction, engineering, and topographic applications. Offering 1” or 2” angular accuracy, the R20 provides fast and reliable angle and distance readings with its absolute encoder system. The dual-axis optoelectronic tilt sensor ensures ±4.0’ compensation, improving measurement accuracy on uneven surfaces.
With an impressive reflectorless range of up to 1000m (3280ft) on reflective sheets and 600m (1968ft) on other surfaces, the R20 delivers outstanding performance in the field. When using a prism, the total station can measure up to 5000m (16,404ft) with 2mm + 2ppm accuracy. The 30x magnification telescope with 1.7m (5.6ft) minimum focus distance provides clear target visibility for precise alignment.
Built to withstand tough environments, the IP65-rated housing ensures dust and water resistance, while the 22-hour battery life supports extended fieldwork. The R20 features USB 2.0 and Bluetooth 5.0 connectivity, allowing seamless data transfer. With an intuitive onboard field application suite, users can easily execute stakeout, offset, resection, remote height, and reference line measurements for a variety of surveying tasks.
